Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and manage Skills Lab sessions, ensuring an engaging learning environment
- Provide personalized feedback and coaching to consultants
- Evaluate performance through observation, interviews, and assessments
- Design and deliver practical projects aligned to learning objectives
- Support recruitment by assessing candidates' aptitude and adaptability
- Conduct mock interviews and CV coaching
- Act as a subject matter expert for Sales and client calls
- Mentor consultants in project pods, offering technical guidance when needed
