Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas.Internship DescriptionAs part of the technical debt management of its industrial components database, the DATX project was developed around a SaaS model on the Azure cloud.DATX offer is based on a model that proposes business data (technical characteristics, obsolescence, purchasing & supply chain, environmental & regulation, HSE, etc.) and business applications related to the component directly used in equipment manufacturing (Electronic Hardware or Mechnical parts, Software, COTS, chemistry, process, etc.). The DATX platform intends to serve the product management all over the entire life cycle.2024 is a key milestone year for this project for the group with the onboarding of the first users of THALES entities.Beyond the creation of the platform, a set of services have been put in place in order to be able to operate the platform and meet user expectations.The DataService team which is in charge of producing data in the database will have to set up monitoring tools.These tools will allow in particular to carry out constant monitoring on the database to follow different indicators which are of both technical and business nature.TECHNICAL:

• Data production status
• Detection of anomalies in the database
• Determine data areas to update

BUSINESS:

• Analysis of order results aggregated by type of service
• Analysis of the most requested services
• Adhoc duties

Content:The trainee will be managed by the team working in France but will closely work with one of the development team. This Squad based in Singapore and that will bring him local technical support.In a first step (1 month)

• The trainee will have to read the requirements specifications emerging from an analysis performed by the Data Service team
• The trainee will have to transform this requirements specification into a technical specification and will elaborate its solution with Data Service team
• The trainee will have to train itself (with support of local team and remote team) on the aspect of SQ.

In a second step(2 months)

• The trainee will have to develop the associated dashboard in an environment called Grafana and build the appropriate request in SQL format so supply te
• The trainee will take care about the performance feature in order to meet the expected level of performances in Grafana.
• The trainee will have to manage the incremental update of it\xe2\x80\x99s technical implementation
