Job Description
The Data Entry Assistant will support the Web Team in creating and publishing bilingual (English and Chinese) web pages for Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore)'s new website. The role focuses on uploading and formatting content for video news and photo galleries, ensuring that all pages are accurate, properly formatted, and consistent with the Foundation's standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish bilingual (English and Chinese) web pages for news content on the new website.
- Upload video news and photo gallery content.
- Organise and format text, images, and videos according to website guidelines.
- Verify all links, captions, and display layouts for accuracy and functionality.
- Complete assigned uploads for video news and photo galleries from 2017 to 2025.
- Coordinate with supervisor to ensure a smooth uploading workflow.
- Report to the supervisor on a weekly basis.
- 'O' Level or 'A' Level qualification
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, data entry)
