Job Description


:

  • Enter data into computer systems or databases from various sources, such as paper documents, electronic files, or verbal instructions.
  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or modifications.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Update and maintain records, files, and databases as required.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into specific formats or templates.
  • Generate reports, charts, graphs, or other data presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members or departments to resolve data discrepancies or issues.

Job Requirements:
  • GCE A Levels / Professional Certificate / Diploma or any equivalent qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as computers, scanners, and printers.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
