Responsibilities
- Perform registration for clients in internal / external systems
- Make outbound calls to clients to provide step by step guide on downloading of App and/or use Video Consult service
- Manage data entry and uploading of any documents into internal and external systems
- Assist Project team in updating items such as SOPs, FAQs and data trackers of the project
- Work with Customer Service Assistants to troubleshoot any issues arising from clients
- Collect feedback from clients and internal staff for processing
- Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Able to commence work immediately or in short notice
- No experience needed, full training will be provided.
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Knowledge in Google Excel, Sheets, Word
