We are looking for a Data Infrastructure & Analytics Lead who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, as well as developing and implementing advanced analytics models.This role requires a unique blend of skills in data engineering and data science to ensure the integrity, availability, and usability of data across the organization.It will be a one year contract to begin with and it will be renewable.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines.
• Optimize and manage databases, data warehouses, and big data platforms.
• Implement data governance and security best practices.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations and reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field including at least two years using Microsoft Data Lake ecosystem like Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks & Azure Data Factory
• Proven experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies.

Skills:

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
