We are looking for a visionary and strategic professional to join our team as a Data & Insights Lead, APAC. You will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our data & insights capabilities. You excel at designing and leading innovative measurement programs, providing strategic insights and guidance for clients across various industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data & insights discipline, demonstrating the value of our work, and supporting new business efforts for both current and new client initiatives.
What You Do
As the Data & Insights Lead, you will be responsible for leading the APAC research, analytics and data strategy. Your success will be measured by your ability to use data and insights to build robust analytics frameworks, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver strategic insights that drive business outcomes.
Strategic Leadership
Lead strategic thinking across APAC, pushing boundaries and setting new standards.
Develop and refine advanced data analytics frameworks and methodologies.
Innovate and enhance services that demonstrate our work's tangible impact on client success ensuring measurable outcomes.
Propel new business efforts with strategic insights and guidance, driving growth and success.
Client Engagement
Partner with clients to craft and implement effective data-driven strategies that drive results.
Spearhead new business pitches from concept to victory, showcasing proven expertise in business generation.
Provide compelling strategic insights and manage client relationships, enhancing our POV, positioning, strategy, and ideation.
Work closely with account teams on measurement updates and strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment and success.
Insights and Reporting
Conduct comprehensive social listening programs, delivering strategic insights and updates that inform client strategies.
Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, focusing on key metrics like coverage volume, sentiment analysis, share of voice, and social media engagement.
Design innovative ways to measure campaign impact and showcase the value of our work to clients.
Provide actionable insights from measurement programs, driving client strategies and achieving business objectives.
Research and Analysis
Direct research projects that support account teams and client initiatives, leveraging deep knowledge of data sources and research platforms.
Offer valuable insights on social media strategies, influencer engagement, competitor audits, and industry trends.
Uncover trends and media opportunities through detailed conversation analysis, driving strategic decisions.
Team Collaboration and Training
Work with multi-country teams to develop effective measurement strategies, ensuring cohesive and impactful outcomes.
Train teams on tools like Brandwatch, Signal AI, and Quid, equipping them to draw actionable insights and drive success.
Enhance digital marketing, influencer, or brand campaign tracking, developing valued services that can be monetized.
New Business Support
Support new business pitches with thorough research and compelling client presentations, demonstrating strategic acumen.
