Position Objectives This position supports the Ops, Risk and Crisis Management of the APAC Global Security team and is embedded in the APAC Security Control Center from where the physical console of the DLP program will be operated. The DLP Program Manager is responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the regional Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution. The DLP Program Manager performs many functions in support of data security at the company. They monitor and respond to alerts generated from the tool, support education and remediation efforts, perform an initial investigation and determine if the associated activity requires further investigation by Global Security and assist in technology and process improvement efforts. The individual would work with various teams to refine detection and prioritization capabilities, analyze trends and patterns in DLP activity and work with stakeholders to reduce the risk of data loss across all lines of business. This role will require day-to-day coordination and collaboration with a wide array of teams, such as Global Information Security, to enable DLP operations and response. Key Responsibilities

• Has a good understanding of risk management and data security, architecture design and sizing.
• Is familiar with regulatory requirements on data privacy and data protection in main APAC countries.
• Manage the triage and resolution process, including monitoring, analyzing, responding, tracking and following up on all alerts and incidents to closure from the physical console in the APAC Security Control Center.
• Investigate and escalate DLP events in accordance with the DLP event response and handling procedures.
• Support execution of DLP strategies and initiatives according to the DLP roadmap including regional rollout planning.
• Publish DLP related investigation reports as required.
• Support management in reporting of DLP events and statistics in the APAC DLP Council.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to identify important data, use cases and required actions and identify continuous improvement to the DLP process
• Support DLP awareness program, including developing program awareness training materials.
• Provide expert advice on DLP matters.
• Support the development of detection rules across various platforms and Business Units to improve our overall detection capabilities across APAC.
• Develop relevant documentation such as run books, escalation procedures and internal training materials where necessary.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Professional industry certifications will be advantageous
• Experience in the use of cyber security products such as data loss prevention, security analytics, cyber forensics and communication surveillance technology
• Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Technical Experience using DLP solutions, such as Symantec DLP and/or CrowdStrike DLP
• Experience drafting DLP policy, procedures, and technical documentation
• Experience with and/or working knowledge of regional data protection laws and regulations is a plusExperience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus
