Job Description

What the role is:
The Strategy, International & Research (SIR) Directorate oversees and drives MSF's strategic planning, transformation, international engagement, as well as research and analytics efforts to achieve MSF's strategic outcomes.
What you will be working on:
Join us in shaping MSF's data transformation journey. We are seeking skilled professional to help design and implement MSF's Data Plan, and enhance our data management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: o Implement data quality improvement strategy (DQIS) across MSF and ensure policies and procedures are followed to maintain data integrity across various systems and databases. o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure DQIS is well understood and effectively implemented. o Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify inconsistencies, duplications, and errors, while working with divisions to implement corrective measures to resolve data quality issues o Monitor data training completion and updating Dashboards for senior management o Source for data related trainings for MSF officers
What we are looking for:

Ability to use python/SQL o Familiar with visualisation tools such as PowerBI o Good communication and stakeholder engagement Only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 4 weeks from the closing date of this position.
