The Company This is a newly created, Data Modelling Scientist role to build data architecture and model our asset management client.

The ResponsibilitiesYou will establish data models by utilizing best practices to guarantee high data quality. You will implement best coding practices to ensure consistency of data models, translate business needs into data models and partner with teams to create data strategies, develop data flows and conceptual data models. You will preserve conceptual, logical and physical data models along with relevant metadata, execute reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts and evaluate variables with the data models and physical databases.

The RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science / Data Science / relevant degree and over 7 years of experience in relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols, with solid experience in modeled data / data architecting for asset management, investment or fund management domains (within related financial services industries). Experience in financial planning & analysis tools and asset management tools such as Yardi are desirable.
