By doing so, ADX builds up the digital competency of its partners on a sustainable basis and a vibrant ecosystem of exchange among the ADX program members.What you will be working on:Data Product Lead will take on the role of a senior data scientist/engineer with experience producing data, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI/ML) related products. He/she is a product manager specific to the Mission Data Team, who will lead a squad of data engineers/scientists to design and implement solutions within the realm of data analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and the necessary systems and architecture to support. He/she is to ensure that developed solutions meet the requirements of operations. He/she will guide and hone squad members to improve their data/digital competencies. He/she shall take on any delegated tasks by Hd Mission Data Team (MDT) to achieve MDT\'s objectives.Manage data product team as product manager - inherit all key accountabilities of a product manager.Provide accurate and expert insights related to data science and AI/ML to users, recommending solutions that will enhance air operations where applicable.Research and implement most relevant technologies and best practices related to data science and AI/ML.Participate in development of data related products if needed, writing code for data mining, cleaning, storage, exploitation, prediction, modeling, and AI/ML if needed.Work with Hd Mission Data Team and other Data Product Leads to conceptualize and design common dashboarding for performance/insight monitoring of all data products.Assist Hd Mission Data Team to strategize and implement process and framework to make data across the RSAF more useful (cleaner, easier to access, build pipelines).Work with stakeholders to influence the training roadmap of all roles in the data product team to include necessary data science and AI/ML competencies.Assess, guide, and hone members of the product team to ensure standards are met.Contribute to data product design/development documentation, procedures and regulation where needed.What we are looking for:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or have equivalent professional experienceExperience with data processing tools such as Spark, Beam, FlinkExperience with the cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience implementing batch and streaming data pipelinesExperience writing efficient SQLKnowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and troubleshootingFamiliar with DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, TerraformUnderstand key concepts, techniques, and considerations in statistics, machine learning and data analyticsExperience in developing the capabilities of engineers by providing effective mentorship and training opportunitiesHave strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
