Job Description
We are seeking a
Data Science Manager
to lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives that drive data-driven decision-making. This role is key in developing predictive AI models, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring data governance and quality.Key Responsibilities
Develop and operationalise AI/ML models for forecasting and analytics. Partner with IT and leadership teams to design data and AI solutions. Analyse large datasets to identify trends and provide strategic insights. Oversee data governance, ensuring integrity and compliance. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, including external vendors. Stay ahead of industry trends and embed best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years' experience in data science/analytics with leadership exposure. Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, and ML frameworks. Experience in MLOps, ETL, and API concepts. * Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
