As a Data Scientist (Biomed), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical and computational techniques to extract meaningful biological patterns. Interpret high-dimensional data (e.g. genomic, proteomic, or metabolomic) to generate insights for translational or clinical applications. Identify potential biomarkers and develop predictive or diagnostic models to support disease detection and treatment strategies. Combine multi-omic datasets to uncover novel biological associations or health indicators. Build and refine analytical pipelines to improve data processing, integration, and interpretation workflows.
Requirements:
Master's degree with relevant research or industry experience, or a freshly graduated PhD in a related scientific field (e.g. bioinformatics, data science, molecular biology, or biostatistics). Solid understanding of omics data analysis and related computational tools.
