We are looking for a motivated Data Scientist Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in data analysis and project management, helping to enhance our recruitment processes and improve our talent acquisition strategies. You will report to Global Head of Talent Acquisition directly.Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Assist in gathering and cleaning recruitment data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide insights that support hiring strategies.
• Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders.
• Model Development: Support the development of basic predictive models to forecast hiring needs and candidate success.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand their data needs and assist in optimizing recruitment processes.
• Documentation: Document processes and methodologies used in data analysis and modeling for future reference.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts; familiarity with tools such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Powerpoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data in a clear manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
