Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative
Data Scientist
with deep expertise incomputer vision and video/image processing
to join our team working on advanced drone video solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developingpanoramic video algorithms
, optimizing them for real-time use, and integrating them intoautonomous drone systems
.Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement advanced video/image processing algorithms to
merge multiple drone video streams
into a single panoramic output. Develop techniques forvideo alignment, motion estimation
, andreal-time image blending
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integratevision algorithms into autonomous drone platforms
. Optimize and deploy computer vision models onembedded or edge platforms
. Conduct rigorousexperiments and real-world validations
to test algorithm effectiveness. Prepare and maintain technical documentation on designs, experiments, and findings. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, proposingtechnical recommendations or alternatives
as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in
Computer Vision, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
, or a related field.7+ years
of hands-on experience incomputer vision
andimage/video processing
domains. Strong programming proficiency inPython and/or C++
. Experience with libraries such asOpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow
, or equivalent frameworks. Solid knowledge invideo stitching
,multi-view geometry
, andreal-time video processing
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Able to work both independently and in team-based environments.
