For this role, you are part of the APAC Analytics team which is at the forefront of Chubb to bring in innovation and new technology. Candidate will be responsible for the development of machine learning models that will revolutionize the various aspects of the whole insurance value chain such as sales and marketing as well as claims processing. The person will be expected to understand and analyze complex data sets, creating predictive models, generating actional insights that drive decision-making and articulate results to the various stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, evaluate, and document data from various sources, both internal and external.
• Extract and manipulate data from internal and external sources.
• Understand and combine data from different sources to create analytic datasets and develop a strong working knowledge of how current systems and data sources are populated and sourced.
• Build predictive models and analytic solutions using various machine learning techniques to draw meaningful conclusions and assist in developing solutions to help drive profitability and/or growth across the organization.
• Introduce novel methodologies, algorithms, tools, and technologies to solve assigned problems.
• Collaborate with various functions such as Sales/Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, and Implementation teams to achieve objectives.
• Communicate and present findings to business partners to ensure successful project integration and follow up on issues raised during presentations.
• Create and maintain documentation associated with models.
• Develop cutting-edge and advanced analytical solutions and promote innovation through continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
