Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to address business challenges.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices within the team.Preferred Qualifications:Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Proven ability to apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience in specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Knowledge of database systems, particularly MySQL.
