If you\'re passionate about making an impact that truly matters, HTX is the place for you.What you will be working on:The job-holder is expected to collaborate with various teams (within HTX and across Home Teams) and is responsible to: a. Define new opportunities for Home Team impact through identifying meaningful insights from exploratory data analysis. b. Design and conduct data science experiments to test hypotheses and validate model results, ensuring rigorous methodology and reproducibility. c. Conduct data pre-processing for feature engineering, build machine learning model pipelines and improve model performance. d. Implement workflows for monitoring model drift and retraining. e. Interacts with product teams to identify questions, opportunities and challenges for product impact.What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in STEM disciplines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants with system architecture design and product deployment experience will be considered for more senior positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding in one or more of the following areas: o Language AI - Spoken \xef\x82\xa7 Multilingual \xef\x82\xa7 Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech / Speech-to-Speech \xef\x82\xa7 Speech deep-fake detection o Language AI - Written \xef\x82\xa7 Multimodal \xef\x82\xa7 Document understanding and retrieval / RAG systems \xef\x82\xa7 Edge Computing o Simulation \xef\x82\xa7 Digital Twin \xef\x82\xa7 Modelling and Simulation tools o Optimisation \xef\x82\xa7 Mathematical modelling o Link Analysis \xef\x82\xa7 Network/Graph analysis \xef\x82\xa7 Geospatial analysis \xef\x82\xa7 Internet of Things (IOT) All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
