Job Responsibilities1. Follow up national and industry regulations, policies and related standards such as data security and personal privacy, and build regulatory compliance programs and rules to ensure business compliance and smooth operation.2. Improve the company's privacy protection systems, processes, and technical systems, carry out privacy compliance communication and training, risk identification, business improvement, and post-event evaluation for the companies' international business, and promote the development of data privacy protection tools.3. Establish a good communication and collaboration mechanism, provide privacy compliance consulting for business departments, and promote the formulation and implementation of data governance implementation plans, and support various data and privacy related reviews and certifications.4. Cooperate with other team members to jointly establish data management workflow, specifications and methods.5. Responsible for leading the design and writing of overall technical solutions for data security, as well as the design of some landing products.6. Responsible for the overall plan design of the company's big data governance (metadata, data standards, data quality, data security, data asset catalog, etc.).7. Participate in the security audit of the company's external data export, monitoring of data security risks and handling emergency response to security incidents.8. Responsible for the monitoring, process optimization and promotion of data leakage prevention;Job Requirements1. At least 2 years of experience in personal information protection, cross-border data, privacy risk operations, etc., and understand relevant laws and regulations.2. Good business perception and understanding of risk identification, analysis, research and judgment, management and control, and relevant experience in Internet industry is preferred.3. Familiar with and studied data security life cycle, data governance, personal privacy protection, GDPR, big data security, DSMM is preferred.4. Master data governance related methods and knowledge, understand data quality management, data standard management, enterprise-level data modeling, master data management and other methods.5. Familiar with the development of big data security and network security industry at home and abroad.6. Have good inter-organizational coordination skills and team awareness, as well as communication skills and self-driven mindset.
