Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of data pipeline and data lake/warehouse systems in a scalable, repeatable and secure manner. He/she will focus on defining optimal solutions to data ingestion, processing and warehousing using modern big data technologies and cloud platform. Meanwhile, he/she will work closely with downstream data consumers to turn data into valuable business insights through multiple channels (e.g. BI, data science, self-service analytics).
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in software development incluidng developing back-end/software engineering solutions in API.
- Good data work experince with ETL and data pipeling etc.
- Proven work experiene with optimizing \'big data\' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
- Experience with data integration in cloud environment (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Strong in user requirements gathering, maintenance, and support.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active and able to plan.
- Prior work experience in liaising with peers and supporting business stakeholders in North Asia market especially China.
- You MUST BE based in Singapore currently and has relevant work experience in Singapore.
