s:

• Troubleshoot reported data discrepancies, identify root cause to provide resolution to ensure that data is in order.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by conducting validation checks and cross-referencing with reliable sources.
• Use various techniques and tools to clean and correct data, such as removing duplicate entries, standardizing formats, and updating outdated or incorrect information.
• Implement and maintain data integrity rules and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Document data cleansing processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain data privacy and security.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data quality and efficiency

• Raffles Place

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pmSalary:

• Up to $5,000 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

• Experience in data analysis and cleansing procedure and tools.
• Minimum 1-year working experience in data cleansing or migration.
• Experience in Workday and/or Oracle will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool or data quality tool will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non-technical.
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology or similar areas is preferred.
