Job Description
Working hours are 42 hrs per week. Mon -Thurs: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm. Fri: 8.30 \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm
Contract period : estimated start date is Dec23-Jan24 (1 year)
Salary range of $3,500 - $4,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Responsibilities:
- to identify and recommend data that are shareable within to facilitate data exploitation
- Establish accurate metadata and standards for the identified shareable data, (e.g. description of data element and source system) through iterative consultations with multiple stakeholders across various business processes
- Identify and resolve data quality issues with stakeholders such as missing or inconsistent data, and recommend resolution approaches
- Provide a monthly status report on metadata documentation and outstanding data quality issues
- Propose and develop action plans to improve data collection and correction practices
- Undertake any miscellaneous tasks and assignments as needed
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Analytics, IT, Information Management or a relateddiscipline
- Working experience in data management or a related field is advantageous
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software/applications
- Good problem-solving, writing and project management skills
- Highly organised, meticulous and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines
