Job Description
- Working hour : Mon to Fri, 830am-6pm
- Salary : $4000- $8000 (depend on last drawn)
- Address : Ang Mo Kio
- Familiar with ERP & SQL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Database administration and operation of on premise Epicor ERP system within a demanding environment
- Test and evaluate the system regularly to ensure the highest level of data security privacy and integrity
- Ensure the highest level of database systems and infrastructure availability
- Design backup and recovery process to ensure availability of database services
- Support and perform database account management and periodic user account review
- Database capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning
- Perform installation, patching, upgrading, troubleshooting for the database and database infrastructure
- Perform discovery activities on underutilized functionality, new functionality, or currently unowned modules for Epicor ERP
- Perform Epicor updates and coordinate with relevant departments during an upgrade
- Perform training activities for different departments and individuals throughout the organization
- Develop and maintain various reports required by different business units within the company
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with different departments and individuals within the company to help best guide the organization in the utilization of Epicor ERP
- Understand every department working process to derive best practices
- Manage file and folder access permission
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process
- May perform other duties as assigned.
