Assist in maintaining a proper system of administration of Client\'s Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Individual Care Plan (ICP), attendance, training programme records and administrative records
Assist in the execution of all therapeutic and training activities for Clients
Develop, prepare and manage inventory of all training materials
Supervise Clients during all indoor/outdoor activities ensuring safety and welfare
Assist in creating / improving supervision methods as advised by Supervisors/Consultants
Welfare of Clients
Ensure that the welfare and behaviour of Clients are appropriately taken care of, as advised by Supervisors/Consultants
Participate in Pre / Post Agency Visits for transfer cases to ensure smooth transition of Clients
Participate in Regular Home Visits to monitor Clients welfare
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards at the centre
Preserve confidentiality of Clients at all times
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Level
Experience in Community Service with exposure to youths / adults with autism is an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Good organization skills
Compassionate and patient personality
Committed to the education and nurturing of youths / adults with autism
Team player and able to work independently
Self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
