Job Description

We are partnering with a global commercial real estate services firm that provides comprehensive solutions in property leasing, valuation, facilities management, logistics and industrial advisory, and development-supported by robust market research and sustainability initiatives-in their search for a DC Facility Manager (MEP) based in Thailand.
Key responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the DC facility operations
-Daily/regular physical/visual inspection equipment and DC operation facilities
-Work with DC Operator's FM team to create procedure and risk analysis for site operation
-Liaise with DC operator's M&E service partner servicing affecting data halls.
-Collate and review all Data Centers' maintenance schedule, ensure minmal interference during block days.
-Review documents submitted by DC operator such as MOP,RA, etc for maintenance activities.
Key qualifications:
Min.4 years of exp in data centre/large scale critical environment facilities management and operations.
-Strong understanding and Knowledge in data center infra (electrical/mechanical systems. HVAC, power outages, Fire alarm,etc)
-Analytical skills with strong sense of urgency
-Rack, space, power and cooling allocations for new install or relocation requests
-Incident/Change management process
-Certification (preferred): CDCP,CDCS,FSM
