Dc Ops Shift Technician Thailand Based
Job Description
We are partnering with a global commercial real estate services firm that provides comprehensive solutions in property leasing, valuation, facilities management, logistics and industrial advisory, and development-supported by robust market research and sustainability initiatives-in their search for a DC Ops Shift -Technician based in Thailand.
Key responsibilities:
- Hardware support - Installation, Moves, Add, Change
- Decommission of IT equipment's (networks, servers, storage, backup services)
- Media Management
- Connect and disconnect patch cables
- Server hardware break fix support
- Capacity Management
- Incident/Change management process
Key qualifications
- Min. 2 year experience working in DC Ops (IT) space & knowledge in data structured cabling and patching
- Experienced in Hardware support, breakfix and troubleshooting
- Certifications (preferred): CDCP, ITIL, Server+, Linux+, Network+,A+,CCNA
