Job Description
Jobscope:
- Support for the Operational readiness of the new plant (including walkdowns & punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules etc.)
- To manage operations to ensure it is maintained safe, reliable, and efficient.
- The operations are to achieve key performance indicators (KPI\xe2\x80\x99s) and annual plan objectives.
- Accountable for:-
- Compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards.
- Safe, efficient, and reliable operation of assets
- Investigating and trouble-shooting process issues and outages
- Support process improvement, productivity and reliability projects
- Planning, supervision, and execution of operation activities
- Compliance to all Procedures, Routines, Logs and other Operational Processes
- Planning and executing TAR operational activities
- Diploma or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years of operational experience in a chemical / petrochemical industry
- DCS / Boardman experience is required
- Conversant in MS Office and Distributed Control System (DCS)
- Experience in pre-commissioning / commissioning / new plant start up activities is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work on 12-hours rotating shift
