A career in our Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You\xe2\x80\x99ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.

Our team helps our clients with various aspects of a merger and acquisition transactions such as restructuring, divestiture, partnerships and insolvency. You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on helping clients establish treasury goals, analyse and quantify tax assets, assess tax risks, and model taxable income and cash flow impacts

About you

Recognised Degree in any discipline and/or relevant Post Graduate/Professional

Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or Law.

An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage

3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant experience in M&A tax / international tax.

Strong in written and verbal English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Highly motivated, meticulous and a good team player.

Able to work under tight deadlines.
