Job Description
Basic information:
Shift work: 4-3-3-4
Day shift: 7am to 7pm
Night shift: 7pm to 7am
Location: Tampines Basic salary UP $5000 + AWS + Bonus
Job scope:
Lead a team of AEs and technicians in troubleshooting and debugging server and rack products that fail during production. Perform root cause analysis, isolate failure components, and liaise with HQ and customers for corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives and support Kaizen activities. Prepare and update work instructions, and conduct training for technicians as needed. Support NPI and mass production processes, ensuring smooth integration and issue resolution. Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance efforts.
