Our cutting-edge platform leverages cloud/on-premise infrastructure, computer vision, AI, deep neural networks (DNNs), and IoT/Edge technologies.Led by globally renowned experts with leadership experience at Microsoft and Intel, Cynapse is headquartered in Singapore (One North Area).We seek a highly motivated Deep Learning Intern to join our AI & Computer Vision team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on designing, training, and fine-tuning state-of-the-art models, contributing directly to developing innovative AI solutions for global customers.Objectives: As a Deep Learning Intern, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end deep learning pipeline, including data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Assist in building, training, and fine-tuning deep learning models for various tasks such as classification, segmentation, object detection, and beyond.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and contribute to optimizing models through performance analysis and model refinement, incorporating your findings into future iterations.
• Work closely with AI engineers to implement machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Deepen your understanding by exploring advanced topics such as optimizing model architectures for specific application needs, enhancing model scalability, and experimenting with cutting-edge research models in deep learning and AI.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts demonstrated through completion of at least one hands-on university or online machine learning module
• Proficiency in Python programming (minimum 3 months of experience).
• Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in training or fine-tuning deep learning models.
• Knowledge of computer vision concepts and libraries (e.g., OpenCV).
• Familiarity with deploying models in cloud/on-premise environments or on edge devices.
• Interest in exploring advanced topics such as Generative AI, multi-modal learning, or real-time video analytics.

Duration:

• Internship duration: Minimum 6 months.
• Availability: At least 4 days a week, with a preference for full-time.
• Flexible start and end dates to accommodate exams or personal schedules.
