Your day at NTT DATA

The Delivery Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex technology solutions to clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to design, implement, and oversee the deployment of systems that meet client requirements, align with business objectives, and adhere to best practices in architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technical solutions that address client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate the delivery of technology projects, overseeing the implementation process from inception to completion. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations. Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in adopting best practices, architectural standards, and innovative technologies. Quality Assurance: Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards, are well-documented, and pass relevant testing protocols. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in delivery and architecture, and develop mitigation strategies. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Delivery Architect, or similar role in technology delivery. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/GCP Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
