Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred. Able to read and write basic English language. Good customer service skills with excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working in West / East area. Delivery Assistant will be required to work overtime from time to time as and when is required. Able to work independently and follow all required SOPs. Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods at delivery and collection points. Check and verify goods against delivery orders to ensure accuracy. Handle goods carefully to avoid damage and maintain proper stacking and placement. Accompany driver on daily delivery routes, helping to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of delivery vehicle(s). Observe all safety and traffic regulations during delivery operations. Provide accurate and complete paperwork records.
