Key Responsibilities
1. Driving and Logistics
Safely operate and drive a company van for the purpose of delivering goods across various locations in Singapore.
Plan efficient routes and manage delivery schedules to ensure goods are delivered within the stipulated timeframes.
Load and unload goods, ensuring secure placement within the van to prevent damage during transit.
2. Delivery Accuracy and Communication
Ensure the accuracy of goods delivered
by cross-checking the physical items against the delivery order or manifest before leaving the premises and upon delivery to the customer.
Obtain necessary signatures and complete all required documentation for each delivery.
Proactively communicate any potential issues
, such as delays, discrepancies in goods, or customer feedback, to team members and the logistics coordinator immediately for prompt resolution.
3. Customer Service and Company Image
Uphold a professional and positive company image
by maintaining a polite, helpful, and courteous demeanor during all interactions with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the delivery process, addressing minor inquiries or directing complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
Ensure that all deliveries are executed with the highest level of service and professionalism.
4. Vehicle Maintenance and Teamwork
Maintain the company van's upkeep and cleanliness
inside and out, ensuring it is always presentable and in good working condition.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

Requirements
Possess a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably driving a van or light commercial vehicle.
Good understanding of Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
Physically fit and able to lift and move packages of varying weights.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
