Essential Skills & Qualifications


A valid driving license (e.g., Class 3 in Singapore) and a clean driving record. Familiarity with navigation systems and GPS. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks. Familiarity with the delivery area is an advantage for faster deliveries.
Core Responsibilities

Package Handling:

Loading, securing, and unloading parcels safely from the vehicle.

Route Planning:

Planning efficient delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries.

Customer Interaction:

Verifying recipient addresses, obtaining signatures, and providing excellent customer service to clients and businesses.

Vehicle Operation:

Driving company vehicles or their own vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate delivery records and updating tracking systems. *
