Job Summary



The Delivery Rider will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing, coordinating, and delivering sales collateral and sample items to local customers. The role requires close collaboration with the Supervisor and individual salespersons to ensure timely and accurate handling of all sample requests, while maintaining a professional representation of the company during deliveries.



Key Responsibilities



Collect, organize, and manage a variety of sales collateral and sample items.



Coordinate with the Supervisor and sales team to fulfill daily sample requests efficiently.



Deliver samples and collateral items to local customers in a timely and professional manner.



Maintain accurate records of items delivered, received, or returned.



Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and replenishment of sample items.



Ensure that all deliveries comply with company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.



Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the Supervisor promptly.



Perform basic maintenance and care for the delivery vehicle or transport equipment



Job Requirements



Valid motorbike driver's license with a clean driving record.



Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or sales support is preferred.



Basic organizational and time-management skills.



Good communication skills and professional demeanor.



Ability to work independently and follow instructions from the Supervisor.



Must be able to handle lifting and carrying of sample items and collateral materials.



Good knowledge of Singapore roads and navigation skills required.



Additional Information



5.5-day work week (alternate half-day Saturdays). Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)



Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station.



This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs and performance.
