Key Skills

Candidate must have min 3 to 5 years of experience working as Operations/Delivery Head. Candidate must have experience in managing projects using Microsoft Dynamics & Info Product from Retail, MFG. BFSI is not required now. Candidate must have very good experience in handling diverse team and must be reporting to C level (preferred).

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished

Delivery Head

to lead the successful delivery of large-scale

INFOR and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, BI, Data & AI projects

across our client portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent programs, building strong client partnerships, supporting business development efforts, and driving delivery excellence across regional and global engagements.

The Delivery Head will work closely with internal delivery teams, sales leadership, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Governance

Provide overall leadership and governance across multiple ERP/CRM delivery programs. Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, controls, and compliance standards to ensure consistent execution and quality outcomes. Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.

Program & Financial Management

Balance project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across all assigned programs. Oversee forecasting, budgeting, margin protection, and resource utilization. Track and report delivery KPIs and program metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and act as a trusted delivery partner. Lead executive-level communications, steering committees, and escalation resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve client business outcomes.

Business Development Support

Partner with pre-sales and solutioning teams to support RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations. Participate in client workshops, demonstrations, and solution design discussions to support sales pursuits.

Resource & Team Management

Manage internal delivery teams, offshore/onshore resources, and subcontractor partners. Drive high-performance team culture through mentoring, coaching, and continuous development. Optimize team productivity and delivery efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

Lead initiatives to enhance delivery processes, governance models, and automation standards. Drive quality improvements, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction improvements across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of experience in IT delivery, with at least

5+ years in senior project or program delivery leadership roles

. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects across diverse industries. Strong expertise with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules

including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Experience delivering solutions in

INFOR ERP environments

is highly desirable. Working knowledge of

Azure and Microsoft Power Platform

ecosystems. Expertise in both

Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

. Strong leadership capability across geographically distributed teams. Demonstrated experience in managing complex escalations and executive client relationships. Proficiency in

project financial management

, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certifications such as

PMP

PRINCE2

, or equivalent.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

regional or global delivery models

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
