The Opportunity:

Our client is a well-known local IT conglomerate, they are currently looking for a Delivery Lead for the team expansions and lead a high performance team to support business growth.

The Job:

• Employ established frameworks to facilitate Agile processes and workshops, fostering alignment on priorities and progress among team members and stakeholders, leading to valuable and tangible outcomes.
• Act as a strategic liaison between Agile teams, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery success and serving as the primary point of contact for various aspects of product delivery.
• Serve as a bridge between conflicting needs, while monitoring and addressing RAIDs (risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and work in progress.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and impediments to maintain team productivity and focus.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to Agile teams, emphasizing team empowerment, collaboration, skills development, and delivering product value.
• Promote technical excellence by evaluating solutions and practices, guiding engineering teams on quality, architecture, automation, and DevOps. Administer JIRA and monitor team performance.

The Talent:

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, making decisions, communicating effectively, organizing tasks, and setting goals to enhance team direction and efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of the car-sharing business landscape and associated challenges.
• Strong communication skills to engage in discussions with senior stakeholders and facilitate interactions among all parties and individual team members.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading mobile/software development as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Delivery Lead in an Agile environment, encompassing both large companies and startups.
