Job Description
- Plan delivery schedules for on-time delivery to customers
- Monitor delivery trips and ensure completion of tasks
- Troubleshoot concerns raised by delivery team during delivery and coordinate with relevant groups
- Coordinate with fleet management team for repairs and maintenance of vehicles
- Arranges product pickups, deliveries, and route drivers, helpers accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and files of deliveries for review and analysis
