Your New Role

Are you an experienced coordinator passionate about delivery and logistics processes? Survitec Group Senoko is seeking a dedicated Delivery & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating the distribution of Survitec aviation goods from supply chain hubs to customers and service stations. Your focus will be on optimizing delivery schedules, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with delivery requirements, standards, and safe working practices.

What You Can Expect from the Role

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

Manage local and overseas import and export shipments, including preparing documents such as Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Cargo Insurance.

• Negotiate, administer, and review service agreements with carriers, customs brokers, and transportation service providers.
• Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including shipping, receiving, and distribution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy (financial & operational).
• Handle customs queries such as duty exceptions, tariffs, etc.
• Conduct analysis of alternate transportation methods and programs, including projected cost and service improvements.
• Provide operational support when necessary by performing a range of warehouse activities such as stock receipt, storage selection, packaging, loading, and shipping.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues in accordance with internal processes.
• Develop an understanding of packaging needs and suggest ideas for continuous improvements.

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have

Essential Criteria:

• Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of experience in logistics operations, especially in last-mile delivery (scheduling/dispatch/coordination).
• Knowledge in handling Dangerous Goods (DG) logistics (IATA DGR and/or IMDG) will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in one of the following enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Sage, or IFS will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in continuous improvement methodology and tools.
