Location: Jurong Island (Tpt at Jurong East)

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm



Timely placement of Purchase orders to supply sources (inter-company / 3rd party vendors), based on the production plan from Senior Supply Planning Coordinator/Supervisor

Creation of Stock Transfer Orders for export/staging requirements

Follow up on Certificate of Analysis & other shipping documentation from suppliers

Issue weekly delivery schedules for all production units

Ensure accuracy in Purchase Order placements in terms of pricing, requested arrival dates, and destinations

Ensure the correct quantity receipts for Raw Materials/Finished Goods arrivals and follow-up discrepancies where needed.

Track, Follow up and Expedite the shipments as/ when required by business & operations teams

Ensure documentation integrity of materials (Raw Materials/Finished Goods) transfer between warehousing and toll blenders.

Schedule the arrival of materials and loading of finished goods to ensure efficient use of loading facilities and follow-up on changes.

Derive and provide direct coordination/liaison with internal and external suppliers on forecasts requirements needs, as required.

Job Requirements

Min. Diploma in Operations/Supply/Logistics/Business Management (or any equivalent)

Materials management experience in a manufacturing environment

Operational experience in an SAP environment
