Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Logistics, this role is responsible for demand planning and procurement. Manage the inventory of assigned profile to ensure availability while optimizing healthy stock level. Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results in dynamic environments, with an innovative mindset, open to learning and adaptation.Job Responsiblities

• Managing inventory of assigned profile to meet department and corporate KPI.
• Support all forecast related activities as well as drives forecast accuracy in AP0.
• Engaging in daily or weekly procurement / requisition processes including handling shipments and coordination with warehouse, forwarder and vendors.
• Proactively review vendor's backlog, expedite to ensure on-time delivery.
• Close collaboration with warehouse and vendors to ensure smooth Inbound delivery.
• Responsible for assigned material master data and purchase price.
• Third party trade(Direct dropshipment) and shipment Coordination with CS, forwarder and vendors.
• Initiate continuous improvement pertaining to planning and procurement processes.
• Taking part in or coordinate meetings with other functional teams and carrying out any other tasks related to this position.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Planning and Procurement in a regional distribution environment.
• Prior experience within the Automotive industry will be highly advantageous.
• Possess knowledge of international trade including incoterm and inventory management principles.
• Experience in SAP R3/MM module, APO planning tool will be advantageous.
• Self motivated and result oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and capable of multi tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
