Job Responsibilities:

• Designs and generates weekly and monthly statistical forecast for demand plan, built plan and material plan.
• Effectively manages forecast accuracy for product planning, reducing inventory costs and avoid fulfillment delays.
• Continuously improves forecasting techniques, method, and approach.
• Works with products marketing on market trend and projects funnel.
• Makes recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
• Establishes manufacturing and distribution prospectus through quotation, manufacturing and shipping lead time.
• Liaises between manufacturing, sales, engineering, Supply Chain and customers.
• Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in fast pace environment.
