ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Coty is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Southeast Asia team as Demand Supply Planner, for distributor markets based in Singapore. Reporting to the Market Planning Team Leader, you will be part of a large planning organization with future development opportunities in affiliate, distributor, and e-commerce go-to-market models.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Demand Planning activities and S&OP process for distributor market
• Ensuring forecast sufficiency based on annual business plan.
• Building strong relationships with local sales, marketing, and finance teams, as well as global and regional demand and supply teams
• Championing continuous improvement to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and RCA of KPI misses
• Leading Weekly Sales and Execution meeting

Demand Planning and S&OP

• Collaborate with distributor across distributor markets to get forecast , consolidate the same.
• Generating accurate 18 months sales forecasts at SKU level, incl. new launch and promotion planning
• Understanding and incorporating market dynamics, trends, and complexities
• Validating forecast and comparing to monthly/annual commercial targets and financial budgets
• Leading local S&OP process, targeting to reach cross-functional consensus on Gross & Net Sales forecast, with aligned Risks & Opportunities
• Improving forecast accuracy whilst achieving targets on sales, profit, cash, and inventory
• Analyzing order fulfilment and creating an action plan for improvement to reduce missed sales
• Analyze and collect customer forecast and share monthly orders to customer service team

Supply Planning & Inbound Management

• Closely monitoring sufficiency and timeliness of incoming stock vs. demand forecast
• Identifying risks vs demand and proactively finding solutions with global supply and local sales team
• Communicating replenishment schedule and any risks vs demand to local sales & marketing team
• Analyze and track goods arrival schedule financial forecasting

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

• Previous planning experience, ideally with background in Beauty
• Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand our business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team located across different offices
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to analyze and drive change
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with intermediate/advanced expertise in Excel
• Strong written and verbal skills with confidence to reach out and challenge others
• Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
