Job Description


Key Job Accountabilities:

Key contributor to the company's sales forecast process, he or she, contributes to driving business growth alongside with Marketing and Sales teams. He or she is also responsible of the Supply Planning of his/her catalogue.

  • As a Demand planning process owner, coordinate with sales, marketing and finance on building Demand Forecast and ensure forecasting process is being followed by all relevant parties
  • Ensure the sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history
  • Analyze Sell-in, Sell-out and Stock-in-Trade to identify trends in demand, potential risk and corresponding actions plan.
  • Build the Supply plan of the entity based on the validated sales forecasts, the co-packing plan and the stocks and supply/ procurement parameters in accordance with business objectives of service rate, costs and global targeted stock
  • Manage the stock replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks and communicate priorities to the Global Supply Chain team. Prepare action plan to mitigate business impact
  • Explore new opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements (external candidate):
  • University graduated or above, preferable in Logistics, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in supply chain, with FMCG industry is an advantage. Junior profiles with high caliber would also be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and able work under pressure
  • Well organized, strong in problem solving and decision making independently
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
  • Full familiarity in PC applications, particularly in Microsoft Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
