Demand & Supply Planning Officer (chemical)

Job Description
- 5 days work week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Bugis
- European Chemical MNC
- 1 year contract
Objectives of the Position
Assist in company demand & supply planning activities that include Raw Materials, OMP, Merchandised & Packaging Materials.
Collaborate closely with Internal Partners (Procurement, Production, Customer Service, Sales, QM & Logistics, etc) to ensure reliable supply for customer order fulfillment.
Achieving company target of lead inventory management
Organize S&OP meeting with Local Sales, Customer Service, Production and Procurement to review customer forecast to prevent over / below stock
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
APO-Demand Planning (Tool) - Analyze customer actual vs forecast for replenishment
MRP - ISO Tank Management
Manage Import & Export activities
Master Data Maintenance
EHS responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.
Min. 3 years of experience in related field or supply chain related.
Possess Strong SAP knowledge
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) especially Advance Excel
Chemistry background will be an added advantage
