Job Description

As a Demand & Supply Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing monthly operations and mid-to-long-term sales forecasting for our operations in Myanmar or Thailand. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and distributors, your primary responsibility will be to optimize sales by ensuring appropriate production levels.

Responsibilities:

Develop monthly demand and supply plans and engage in negotiations with distributors.

Articulate demand and supply strategies to cross-functional teams, securing production allocation for upcoming months.

Utilize simulation tools to create rundowns for discussion with distributors, based on supply outcomes.

Input comprehensive monthly orders into the global system, ensuring accuracy for production execution.

Regularly visit distributors and dealers to gather frontline feedback, enhancing forecast accuracy.

Monitor daily and monthly sales achievements, collaborating with distributors and cross-functional teams to implement necessary countermeasures.

Requirements:

Possess a degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, or Social Science.

Basic knowledge of demand and supply concepts or relevant experience is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for analysis, visualization, and reporting purposes.

Demonstrate a strong aptitude for numbers, coupled with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Exhibit outstanding communication skills and a cooperative team spirit.
