Ensure all food production, preparation, and presentation are in high quality
Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef
Aware of all menu items, recipes, methods of preparation, and the presentation standards
Achieve high level of guest\'s satisfaction
Follow food preservation standards to handle all food products properly
Good knowledge in menu creation while control the quality and costs of the business
Oversees hygiene, safety, and proper usage of equipment/utensils
Guide and train junior staffs to ensure high motivation and economical working environment
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Culinary Art and any other relevant discipline
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
Candidate with prior experience working in Michelin Star or Fine dining restaurant are encourage to apply
Knowledge in pastry preparation technique, kitchen equipment, and industry\'s best practice
Excellent time management, and organizing skills
Good communication skills, able to multitask
Have an eye for detail, independent

5 days work week
Salary up to $3200 (depends on experience) + Bonus + Meal
