COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily and provides more than 16 million meals annually to various commercial and governmental organisations.
Our service also includes onsite kitchen management for various business sectors.
DESIGNATION : Demi Chef (Lakeside NH)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic: Up to $1,900 + shift allowances + OT Working days: 6 days work week Working location: 6B Jurong West Street 52, Singapore 649298

  • Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the company.
  • Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • Assist to supervise line cook or commis, as required.
  • Ensure minimization of food wastage
  • Assist in audit in monthly inventory checks.
  • Initiate improvement activities across workstations and ensure all staff adhere to workplace safety.
  • Assisting Chef De Partie in investigation of foreign object if required.
  • Ensure all food handling adheres to Standard Operating Procedure.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 years catering experiences
  • Attained Food Hygiene Certificate
