Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the company.
Ensure compliance with all legally required hygiene and safety practices at all times, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
Requirements:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
A self-starter and a team player
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
