Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef to support daily kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, and uphold high culinary and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations.
Support inventory control, stock rotation, and proper storage.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
Assist Chef de Partie and Senior Chefs during service periods.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with kitchen team members.

Requirements

Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts.
Responsible, disciplined, and committed to learning and improvement.
